It was great reconnecting with our partners at the Indian training institute NIELIT in this TWIN Dialogue! We sat down with Secretary General Dr. Hsiao of CSF and Director General Dr. Tripathi of NIELIT, who started their cooperation with a MoU signed 12 years ago, we look forward to the renewal of said MoU, and the conference in Februrary, NICE-DT 2023!
