ITCF 2017
India Taiwan Cooperation & Friendship Forum:
Innovation & Entrepreneurship

India, with its innovations and robust R&D, has risen to the 3rd largest startup nation. In 2016, PM Modi announced the Startup India policy, stimulating the establishment of startups in all states; an estimate of 10,000 startups will be created by 2020, a promising prospect for investors globally. The Taiwanese government is also actively encouraging the growth of startups, hoping to unitize their innovations to transform Taiwanese industries. By joining forces, Taiwanese and Indian startups can synergize their resources of talents and capital.

The Taipei Computer Association and India Taipei Association will be hosting the 6th annual ITCF on June 2, with guests from central and local governments, startups, incubators of both nations, to offer their insights on startup-related policies, industry trends, and strategies for cooperation.
