一、本會議將由印度商工總會邀集印度企業界及政府單位等，以視訊方式與我廠商交流，由於新冠肺炎(COVID-19)及美中貿易戰等影響，帶來供應鏈分散趨勢，印度亦為我製造商供應鏈重要佈局地點，本次聚焦兩大主題為「印度與台灣-印太地區如何實踐供應鏈復甦」、「台印雙邊合作產業-智慧城市與電動車合作商機」，協助業者，拓展商機。
二、印度近年推動智慧城市，由地方政府主導基礎資通訊網路布建、智慧交通解決方案等，台灣ICT產業技術供應鏈完整，系統整程度高，周邊布局規畫成熟，為解決方案的提供者，我業者可以顧問方式協助印度瞭解各城市智慧化需求，共同研擬方案以進入當地市場。
三、印度近年大力發展電動車產業，相關政策如「電動車製造加速計畫」(Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of (Hybrid &) Electric Vehicles (FAME India)等，旨在加強國內電動車產業升級，扶植製造能力以達到2030年所有車輛皆為電動車之目標，為台灣廠商之機會。
四、印度積極規劃有利於各產業製造商獎勵措施，於2019年通過了「大型電子製造生產獎勵計劃」（PLI for Large Scale Electronics Manufacturing），針對手機製造和組裝、測試、刻印、封裝特定電子元件生產等利基產業推出優惠政策。

This Meeting assembled senior business leaders from Taiwan and India, who committed to enhance bilateral collaboration and business resiliency build more diverse and inclusive cultures and facilitate sustainable economic growth. Support government policies that encourage Taiwan-India private sector collaboration, as well as promote business resiliency and innovation to better manage cooperation between both countries.
2.Taiwan and India are important trade partner, trade between Taiwan and India continues to grow. In the year 2019 Taiwan and India reached a total value of USD$5.8 billion, Taiwan’s import from India experienced similar gains, with merchandise imports of USD$3.2 billion. India’s import from Taiwan reached USD$1.7 billion. Interns of product structure, Taiwan major exports to India are manufactured goods including electronic products, base metals and related products. Taiwan products find a market in India on account of their competitive quality and growing domestic demand. On the other hand, Taiwan mainly comprise intermediate products mainly iron ore, copper, mineral, petroleum, cotton etc. Taiwan and India will continue to grow as both economies seek to diversity.
